The Preserve at Mesa Creek
Colorado Springs, CO
The 67-acre development site plans include residential units situated to preserve existing trees, Mesa Creek, and stunning views of Pikes Peak.
Del Webb The Woodlands Active Adult Residential Community
The Woodlands, Texas
Del Webb The Woodlands is a nearly 200 acre, active adult, master-planned community comprised of 570 single-family homes. The community blends with the surrounding character of the area while using contemporary architectural themes to set the community apart from neighboring development.
Kehrs Mill Road Entrance Monument
MoDOT and the St. Louis County Transportation Department collaborated on the reconstruction of the Long Road, Wild Horse Creek Road, Kehrs Mill Road intersection project in 2012. Resulting from the public involvement phase of this project, the residents along Wild Horse Creek and Kehrs Mill successfully lobbied for beautification of the intersection.
HR Green was hired to determine if it would be feasible to construct a freestanding Trader Joe’s retail building and parking lot over one of the stormwater detention basins.
Bridgeland Residential Development
HR Green provided engineering design for residential subdivisions within the master planned community of Bridgeland.
Marian Central High School Field of Dreams
Marian Central Catholic High School’s sports complex consists of a competitive football field/track and field facility, baseball fields, a softball field, and tennis courts, as well as accessory buildings to complement these activities.
Marquette Scenic Overlook and Boardwalk
HR Green provided design and construction engineering services for the renovation of the Marquette-Joliet Bridge scenic overlook, including a new stairway connection to the Cobblestone Inn/City Hall pedestrian bridge, and a new boardwalk extending into the Mississippi River.
O’Dell Mixed Use Development
HR Green performed the planning, entitlements and writing of the PUD for this 430-acre premier master planned development that balances natural and man-made elements to create an environmentally sensitive community.
Walgreens Site Design
HR Green was selected to provide surveying, engineering and landscape architecture services for this site located in the heart of Northbrook amidst other moderate sized commercial parcels and existing homes.
HR Green coordinated with the Village as well as the current landscape maintenance contractor for the development in order to create a design that met the ordinance and fit into the existing context of the overall shopping center.
Lowe’s Home Improvement
HR Green was one of two design firms to lead Lowe’s expansion into the Upper Midwest. HR Green’s multidisciplinary team has offered a full array of surveying, engineering design services ranging from conceptual design through final construction documents.
Norman Residential Development
Excerpt: HR Green was chosen by Home Creations, one of Oklahoma’s largest homebuilders, to provide services for a new 760 acre mixed-use development.
Sheridan Memorial Park Honors War Veterans
The Sheridan Memorial Park design includes a war memorial with a reflecting pool, tree grove, a peace garden, walking links to a Mississippi River overlook, and extensive riverbank restoration.
Erin Hills Park

Erin Hills Park is the third park that the Village has developed as part of its commitment to improving the parks and recreation experiences within the Village limits and was partially funded by an Illinois OSLAD Grant.
University of Minnesota Ruttan Plaza
St. Paul, MN
HR Green provided leak investigation services and a structural analysis of the underutilized plaza and determined that the structure was no longer adequately designed to support the existing loads. As a result, the University seized the opportunity to repair the failing structure and elected to incorporate an upgraded green roof design into the necessary structure improvements to establish a more pedestrian-friendly space.
AAA Auto Club Group
HR Green was selected as the design firm to lead AAA’s expansion into the Upper Midwest. HR Green’s multidisciplinary team has offered a full array of surveying, engineering, and landscape architectural design services ranging from conceptual design through final construction documents.
Health Bridge Fitness Center
HR Green’s extensive experience and excellent relationship with local government resulted in a plan that is beneficial both to the developer and the community.
La Marque, TX
The community was conceived as an alternative to Galveston destinations, providing a more affordable, upscale housing product with large front porches, detached garages, and quaint front yards.
Iowa River Landing: Industrial to Mixed-Use District
The Iowa River Landing was a re-development project that converted a 180-acre industrial area into a mixed-use district comprised of a hotel, conference center, 300,000+ square feet of retail, office, residential, and entertainment space, a medical clinic, and parking.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Becca Springfield to Director of Human Resources. Becca joined HR Green in 2019 and since her hiring has held positions of increased responsibility, most recently managing the firm’s overall recruiting strategies and process and procedures improvements in her role as Human Resources Manager.

HR Green announces an office relocation and expansion in Colorado Springs to serve our clients and growing staff.
The new office location is on the north side of the city near the I-25 and Briargate interchange. HR Green has served both the Colorado Springs and Denver areas since 2015.
