Phil is experienced with community planning and landscape architecture in the public and private sectors. He is recognized in the industry for innovative approaches that are environmentally sensitive, understanding and promoting green design, conservation design, and sustainable development.  Phil possesses extensive knowledge with the entitlement process and has the valuable tools needed to navigate the public and stakeholder process and is a published author and frequent speaker at national and regional events
