Peter Huinker, PE, LEED AP is the Regional Director for HR Green’s Land Development Business Line in Houston, Texas.

He provides leadership to private and public clients, and his experience includes commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential projects. Pete’s various experience has allowed him to work on some of the largest master-planned communities throughout the Midwest and Texas. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Pete is knowledgeable of sustainable design and Low Impact concepts and strives to find effective solutions to benefit his clients.
