Judd Willmann, PE, is a Practice Leader for HR Green’s Land Development business.
Judd has over 25 years of civil engineering and land development experience in the greater Austin area. Judd has worked on educational facilities, medical and health care facilities, single- and multi-family residential projects, master-planned communities, condominium regimes, industrial and commercial properties, as well as civic complexes. Projects range in size from one acre to several thousand acres.
Throughout his career, Judd has been an active member of professional organizations, including the National Society of Professional Engineers, Real Estate Council of Austin, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, Greater Austin Contractors and Engineers, Urban Land Institute, Home Builders Association, American Council of Engineering Companies, and the Austin Chamber of Commerce.
