Joe Isaja is a Regional Director for HR Green’s Austin Land Development group.
Joe leads the commercial practice in the Austin region with over 30 years of experience in land development. Joe’s commercial experience covers retail, office, hospitality, warehouse/industrial, multi-family, and urban high-rise developments. Notable office projects include the Dell Round Rock Campus, Dell Parmer North and Parmer South Campus, and Karlin Parmer North Campus. Notable retail projects include Simon, a portion of the Domain, Simon Wolf Ranch and Simon Round Rock Premium Outlets, Simon Houston Premium Outlets, and Texas City Premium Outlets. Joe has also worked on many urban projects, which include hotels, residential towers, and office towers.
