Flood Protection Program Management
Cedar Rapids, IA
HR Green is providing program management services for the City of Cedar Rapids’ $500 Million infrastructure project to provide flood protection and reconstruction of city’s infrastructure, including the street network and utility systems for the west side of the Cedar River.
The Elgin O’Hare/West O’Hare Bypass (EO-WB)
The Elgin O’Hare/West O’Hare Bypass (EO-WB) is a $3.6 billion highway that will provide access to Chicago O’Hare airport from the west. The airport’s expansion plans currently include the development of a new western terminal, which would be served by the proposed highway.HR Green has assumed the role of Program Manager for the project’s Tier One and Tier Two Environmental Impact Study (EIS) on behalf of the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT).
Grade Separation Projects
HR Green was contracted by the City of Placentia to serve as Owner’s Representative and provide plan checking for the design and construction of five grade separation projects, worth more than $400 million.
