Commercial + Industrial
When developing commercial property, the goal is a maximized investment. Our multidisciplinary team is always focused on your success, bringing project efficiency, innovative solutions, effective project management and outstanding communication to the table.
We understand your business and the importance of thorough feasibility studies that identify development hurdles such as underground infrastructure improvements/extensions, offsite roadway enhancements, floodplain/wetland constraints, stormwater management requirements and zoning implications.
We help you identify these items so you can quickly negotiate letters of intent with prospective landlords/owners as well as leases and purchase prices of property.
Throughout the life of a development project, we can assist as client representative leading the entitlement effort and as project lead coordinating building permit submittals.
