Parkside on the River

Parkside on the River is a 1,500-acre, 3,000 lot residential community that includes 120-acre commercial/multi-family parcels, a school, and community amenities located in Georgetown’s ETJ.

Our team managed the entitlements, land planning and preliminary engineering, subdivision design, permitting, and construction phase services for the first four residential sections of Parkside on the River totaling 500 residential units, the 1-mile west of IH-35 along the north of RM 2243 and south of San Gabriel River.
