HR Green performed the planning, entitlements and writing of the PUD for this 430-acre premier master planned development that balances natural and man-made elements to create an environmentally sensitive community. The property is located near The Villages, one of the largest age-targeted communities in the nation. The site has great frontage on U.S. Highway 301; boasting a large commercial center with approximately 220,000 square feet of retail and 40,000 square feet of office space.
There will be a diverse mixture of land uses and residential product with more than 1,000 proposed units. The master plan preserves the existing wetlands and mature trees as key focal points of the community and the diverse system of open spaces, parks, ponds, and natural areas are linked together with miles of trails making this an impressive pedestrian-friendly community.
