Tony Simmons, PE, is the Regional Director for Transportation Design services in Illinois.
Tony is an experienced transportation specialist who contributes to all facets of Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III roadway projects for the Illinois Department of Transportation, the Illinois Tollway, and various counties and municipalities. In addition to his engineering expertise, he is known for his unmatched ability to connect and form relationships with the public as well as clients.
