Stacy Woodson, PE, is the Technical Director for Environmental Services where she provides experienced project management and leadership to a group of environmental and transportation professionals.

Her background includes environmental impact analysis, public involvement, agency coordination, traffic noise studies, corridor studies, feasibility studies, environmental compliance, and grant writing.  Stacy has extensive knowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process, including Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, Categorical Exclusions, Section 4(f)/6(f), Section 106, and Section 7 Consultation.

She assists clients with the development of federal grants including the US Department of Transportation (Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE), Multimodal Project Discretionary Grant (MPDG), Bridge Improvement Program (BIP), Rural, Mega, Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA)), Federal Emergency Management Agency (Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP)), and US Environmental Protection Agency (Brownfields Program).
