Ryan Simbro, PE, is the Regional Director for the Transportation Business Line for HR Green’s Iowa Region.

Ryan has vast experience in project management, project planning, leading diverse project designs, public involvement, contract management, utility coordination, cost estimating, construction management, and post-construction activities. Ryan has worked with state, county, and local agencies on multiple large-scale projects and specializes in leading complex design projects with large teams involving multiple consultants.
