Ralph Stark is a Lead Engineer for HR Green’s Water Resources Group. He has a long history of solving complicated problems in surface water management. He has completed projects involving storm sewer/detention pond design, floodplain analysis and delineation, dam break analysis, Letter of Map Amendment/Revision, and stormwater pollution prevention plan preparation (SWPPP).
He is familiar with stormwater and floodplain standards from FEMA, IDNR-OWR, MWRD-GC and many other local and countywide stormwater ordinances and has reviewed plans for compliance with stormwater/floodplain regulations on behalf of many communities.
