Senior Project Manager | Water + Wastewater
Matt Wildman is a Senior Project Manager for HR Green’s Water Business Line. He has a wide range of experience in planning, cost estimating, permit preparation, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. Matt has specialized experience in the design of small community water and wastewater systems including lagoons, SAGR systems, and activated sludge systems for wastewater treatment; innovative collection systems, groundwater remediation, and stormwater treatment.
Matt thrives in working with small communities and understands the dynamics, needs, and importance of communication with the residents and the council. He has been involved in several projects that have included an evaluation of existing wastewater collection and treatment systems and a comparison of various technologies to find the best fit for the City.
Matt has also led the formation of the IAWEA Small Community Committee to help review and develop new treatment technologies in Iowa as well as educate small communities throughout the State on upcoming regulations, financial preparedness, and other issues that are of importance to these communities.
