Jim Halverson is the Operations Director for HR Green’s Governmental Services business line.
Jim brings more than 30 years of experience in community development, urban planning, economic development growth management, brownfield redevelopment, and grant writing. He has been responsible for helping facilitate collaborative plan review for an array of development projects including rezoning, site development planning, platting, conditional use permits, and specialized zoning requests. Jim has been responsible for planning and economic development activities for both governmental agencies and private organizations.
