Fiona Allen is a Senior Advisor for HR Green’s Governmental Services Business Line.
Fiona has over 35 years of experience and knowledge providing engineering services, including planning, design, construction, and financial planning for regional wholesale water and wastewater treatment services for 34 municipalities, two municipal utility districts, and the DFW International Airport, with a total population of 1.4 million people. Her responsibilities have included representing clients at customer advisory meetings, formulation and review of operating budgets, engaging with the US Army Corps of Engineers, strategic planning with municipalities, planning authorities, board members, staff and other stakeholders, and the organization and completion of bond sales to complete projects.
