Ellen Swanson

Ellen Swanson is HR Green’s Director of Marketing. She leads the firm’s overall strategy to develop and deliver effective marketing programs, increase brand recognition and drive growth across business lines.

Ellen has extensive experience in corporate branding, external and internal communication development tools, and website design.

She leads the firm’s public involvement efforts for various engineering projects, including state and county divisions of transportation and municipal governments. Additionally, she is a certified Public Speaking Skills trainer.

Ellen earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Studio Art from Southern Illinois University. She is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
