Sandra Smith

Sandra Smith is a Project Manager for HR Green’s Fiber + Broadband practice.

Sandra has experience in project management, engineering oversight, and architectural design. Sandra has extensive experience in project management, engineering oversight, and architectural design. She has been working in the fiber industry for over a decade with a diverse background of project experience ranging in scale from single building connections, city-wide small cell programs, FTTH (Fiber to the Home) broadband expansion, and managing over 2,000 fiber ring miles.

Sandra earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a member of the Illinois State Wireless Association, Nebraska – Iowa Wireless Association, and Cedar Rapids Historic Preservation Commission – Mayor Appointed.
