Samantha Keeven is a Project Engineer with HR Green’s Water Resources Group.

Sam’s expertise is stormwater master planning and stormwater modeling. Her master planning experience includes problem identification, conceptual design, benefit assessment, and cost estimates for over 120 projects. She has had design experience on projects that include stormwater pipes, detention basins, bioretention basins, flood control, roadway drainage, and bridge replacement. Sam is also a skilled stormwater modeler in XPSWMM 1D and 2D, HEC-RAS, Optimizer, EPA-SWMM, Hydraflow, and Storm & Sanitary Analysis.
