Rich Raley is Senior Project Manager for HR Green’s Fiber and Broadband practice.
He has extensive experience in fiber-based development, design, implementation, operations, and program management. He developed and led cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives across multiple large-scale projects.
Rich Raley earned a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University and is a proud U.S. Navy veteran with an extensive history of community leadership, volunteerism, and charitable engagement.
