Brandy Williams is a Municipal Services Manager for HR Green’s Governmental Services practice.
Her most recent experience includes executing as a City Engineer skilled in grant administration, Capital Improvement Project (CIP) construction management, subdivision development review, budgetary oversight, personnel management, and implementation and establishment of engineering policies and procedures.
Brandy earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She is a member of the American Public Works Association and the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute.
