HR Green Welcomes Derrik Mills as a Governmental Services Plan Review Manager
HR Green is pleased to announce that Derrik Mills has joined the firm as a Plan Review Manager for Governmental Services in the Denver, Colorado office.
Derrik brings over seven years of experience in both the public and private sectors. As an Assistant Floodplain Administrator, he established FEMA regulations, implemented Capital Improvement Programs (CIP), performed project and floodplain site design and inspections, and managed full plan reviews.
In this role, Derrik will oversee governmental services plan reviews for civil, drainage, floodplain development, and SWMP.

Derrik Mills earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the American Public Works Association, Texas Floodplain Management Association, and American Society of Civil Engineers. Derrik is an Army veteran who served in Operation Enduring Freedom.
