Derrik Mills is a Plan Review Manager for HR Green’s Governmental Services practice.

He has experience in both the public and private sectors. As an Assistant Floodplain Administrator, he established FEMA regulations, implemented Capital Improvement Programs (CIP), performed project and floodplain site design and inspections, and managed full plan reviews.

Derrik Mills earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the American Public Works Association, Texas Floodplain Management Association, and American Society of Civil Engineers. Derrik is an Army veteran who served in Operation Enduring Freedom.
