HR Green Welcomes David Wagner as a Project Manager for Water and Wastewater

HR Green is pleased to announce David Wagner, PE, has joined the firm as a Project Manager for our water and wastewater team and is based in the Saint Paul office.

David has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of water utility operations at Saint Paul Regional Water Services. He delivered the utility’s $18M annual capital improvement program, strategically investing in distribution and production facilities, including water main replacement, lead service line replacement, and significant upgrades to the McCarrons Water Treatment Plant. David also worked in operations, improving safety, system maintenance, and implementing automation efficiencies.

In this role, David will use his extensive background in municipal engineering and management to help clients solve problems on a variety of water-related issues.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of Minnesota AWWA and holds a Class A Water Operators License with the State of Minnesota.
