HR Green Announces Vinay Goel as a Project Manager for Land Development

HR Green is pleased to announce that Vinay Goel, PE has joined the firm as a Project Manager for the Land Development business line in the Houston office.

Vinay brings over 17 years of experience in community and site development, project and construction management, coordination of master-planned land development projects, design of water, sewer and drainage improvements, stormwater modeling, roadway extensions, water and wastewater plant facilities, stormwater quality management, and was district engineer for several municipal utility districts (MUDs).

In this role, Vinay will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion and growing the land development team by providing professional engineering services to developers and MUDs.

Vinay Goel earned his MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of South Florida and his BS in Computer Science Engineering from IET (India). He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Society of Indian Engineers and Architects.
