HR Green Announces Mark Phipps as a Senior Project Manager for the Water Business Line

HR Green is pleased to announce that Mark Phipps has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager for the Water business line in the Cedar Rapids office.  

Mark brings over 23 years of experience in local government, public works, and consulting management. His background includes planning and implementing capital improvement projects, staff supervision, infrastructure maintenance, innovative solutions for municipal issues, and funding assistance. 

Mark will manage flood mitigation and drainage projects in his new role and serve as a local contact for clients in the Quad Cities area.

Mark Phipps earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. He is a member of the American Public Works Association and Illinois Association for Floodplain and Stormwater Management.
