He has experience in local government, public works, and consulting management. His background includes planning and implementing capital improvement projects, staff supervision, infrastructure maintenance, innovative solutions for municipal issues, and funding assistance.
Mark Phipps earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. He is a member of the American Public Works Association and Illinois Association for Floodplain and Stormwater Management.
