HR Green Announces Dave Broviak as a Senior Project Manager for Transportation
HR Green is pleased to announce that Dave Broviak, PE has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager for the Transportation business line in the Aurora, Illinois office.
Dave brings over 31 years of experience at IDOT, delivering annual and multi-year programs for District 3. His background includes serving in key roles in programming, Phase l and ll engineering, project support, construction, and maintenance operations. He also managed oversight of the District’s access and utility permit process, highway safety improvement program, and public outreach meetings.
In this role, Dave will be responsible for providing project support, technical oversight, and quality control/quality assurance to successfully deliver infrastructure improvements for state, county, and municipal transportation clients. Dave’s extensive experience is invaluable and will be utilized to develop feasible and cost-effective solutions.

Dave Broviak earned his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Champaign – Urbana. He established and served as chairman of the IDOT statewide GIS User Group, was a member of the IDOT statewide Stormwater Committee, served as District 3 IT committee chairman, and the District 3 Health & Safety Committee Chairman.
