HR Green Welcomes Phil Blonn as Senior Water Resources Engineer
HR Green is pleased to announce that Phil Blonn, PE, CFM has joined the firm as a Senior Engineer in the Water Resources practice. He is based in the St. Louis office.
Phil brings over 20 years of experience in water resources planning and design projects and has worked on large projects across the country and internationally. He will support the St. Louis office and other HR Green geographies to provide additional design leadership.

My experience with hydraulics, hydrology, watershed planning, flood control, and stormwater management will help serve local and state government and private-sector clients. Phil earned his MS in Environmental Engineering at Marquette University and his BS in Civil Engineering from Calvin College. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a board member of the Missouri Floodplain and Stormwater Management Association.
