HR Green Welcomes Kevin Sparrow as a Senior Engineer for Water and Wastewater
HR Green is pleased to announce Kevin Sparrow, PE, has joined the firm’s Cedar Rapids office as a Senior Engineer for Water and Wastewater.
Kevin has over 17 years of experience as an electrical, instrumentation, and control engineer, including design and construction phase services on large and small projects for water and wastewater facilities. Detailed experience includes power distribution systems, control and SCADA systems, instrumentation, and electrical systems studies (load flow, short circuit, protective device coordination, arc flash hazard). He has worked on traditional design projects and alternative delivery methods, including design-build projects and engineer-procure-construct (EPC) projects.
In this role, Kevin will work closely with our water and wastewater process engineers throughout the firm to provide electrical, instrumentation, and controls design and construction services for our clients.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
