HR Green Opens Coachella Valley Office

HR Green has opened a Coachella Valley office to serve local cities, counties, and public agencies. Located in Palm Desert at 44651 Village Court, Suite 123, the office is staffed by George Wentz, PE – Governmental Services West Practice Leader and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Tim Jonasson, PE – Governmental Services West Assistant Practice Leader, and Lea Goodsell, Community Liaison. This staff has a combined 100+ years of service to California and the Coachella Valley.

For clients to meet the expectations of their constituents efficiently and effectively, the firm has introduced new services and unique delivery methods in its Governmental Services business that are particularly pertinent to California, recently expanding its fiber and broadband services and staff augmentation and consulting services. In fiber and broadband, the firm helps to plan for and manage the implementation of small- to large-scale fiber optic and broadband deployment initiatives for cities and counties. To assist with the needs for efficiency and efficacy in local government, HR Green provides staff augmentation in the areas of engineering, public works, construction, and building department services to meet variable workloads without long-term staffing and costs.

The firm’s transportation experience includes roadways, interchanges, bridges and structures, highway drainage, and complete streets, while its water experience spans water, wastewater, and water resources services.
