HR Green Announces Brian Jahn as a Municipal Services Executive

HR Green is pleased to announce that Brian Jahn has joined the firm as a Municipal Services Executive for the Governmental Services business line in the Plano, Texas office.

Brian brings over 36 years of engineering and management experience as a City Traffic Engineer for multiple Texas cities. He brings valuable experience to the team, having been responsible for the planning, design, and construction of traffic control and calming devices, the management of school safety zones, and traffic data collection and engineering studies. He has recommended transportation engineering, operations, and safety improvements, and reviewed developer site plans and construction plans.

In his new role, Brian will serve as the traffic and transportation leader of the North Texas Governmental Services team. He will help with program management/planning for clients, traffic/transportation planning, and identifying funding opportunities, and he will assist in private development-related transportation issues.

I am excited to join HR Green and work with the North Texas Governmental Services team to provide leadership in the areas of transportation, funding, and private development initiatives. We are committed to building communities and improving lives for our clients, and we have a great foundation to build upon.

Brian earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, the American Society for Testing Methods International, and the International Municipal Signal Association. He is also a current member of the ITS Texas Board of Directors.
