HR Green and Waterloo Receive EPA Phoenix Award in Region 7
HR Green and the City of Waterloo are excited to announce that they received the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Phoenix Award in Region 7 for the Jefferson Street Corridor. The awards reflect the progression of brownfield redevelopment over the past 20+ years by recognizing extraordinary practitioners and projects.
Rose Amundson represented HR Green’s Brownfield team at the National Brownfield Conference in Detroit, Michigan, on August 9, 2023, to accept the award with the City. This is a well-deserved recognition for the City for its 15+ years of continued success in using Brownfield grant funding to redevelop the heart of the City.
