HR Green Announces Cody Miller as a Senior Project Manager in Texas
HR Green is pleased to announce that Cody Miller has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager for the Fiber and Broadband Practice in the New Braunfels, Texas office.
Cody brings 21 years of experience in the engineering, telecommunications, and land surveying industries with a focus on building and managing teams to execute high-volume telecommunications engineering projects.
In this role, Cody will oversee the implementation of HR Green’s Construction Program Management Office (PMO). The creation of the Construction PMO will enable HR Green broadband clients to see a smooth transition from engineering design through the management of the construction phase of new builds. Services offered by the PMO will include specification development, contractor management, and inspection phase services, providing clients a seamless extension of staff as HR Green verifies that quality standards are met in challenging broadband construction environments.
In addition to managing the new Construction PMO, Cody will work closely with clients in Texas and elsewhere to deliver planning, engineering, and construction services.
Cody earned his BS in Engineering Technology from the University of Houston.
“The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization that focuses on client needs really drew me to HR Green,” Miller said. “Creating an organization focused on the challenges of deploying network and managing the process for our clients gives us the ability to serve our clients more thoroughly and I look forward to the continued and rapid growth of our business.”
HR Green’s Fiber and Broadband Services Practice Leader, Ed Barrett, has high hopes for the new service offering.
“We know there are needs for a highly professional construction PMO because our clients have asked us to help them. With current contractor and material shortages, having an effective team to solve these challenges has never been more important,” he said. “We’re excited to have Cody on board to deliver solutions.”
