HR Green Welcomes Troy Kent as a Senior Project Manager

HR Green is pleased to announce that Troy Kent, PE, LEED-AP, has joined the firm’s Denver office as a Senior Project Manager for Land Development.

Troy has over 35 years of civil engineering experience. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to advancing residential, retail, office, industrial, institutional, municipal, and federal projects. He has managed numerous land development projects and designed green streets for master-planned and urban infill developments.

In this role, Troy will lead land development projects, utilizing his extensive industry expertise to identify solutions that align HR Green’s client needs with regulatory compliance. Additionally, Troy will leverage HR Green’s reputation and his deep market insights to foster client relationships and drive business growth.

Troy earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in multiple states and holds a LEED-AP BD+C accreditation. He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and has been involved with the American Public Works Association (APWA) Sustainability Committee.
