HR Green Welcomes Abraham Rodriguez as a Senior Project Manager

HR Green is pleased to announce that Abraham Rodriguez, PE, has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager for HR Green’s Water and Wastewater Practice.

Abraham has more than 20 years of experience in municipal engineering and the design of water and wastewater systems. He has worked extensively on projects involving wastewater conveyance for gravity and pressure systems. His diverse background also includes NPDES regulatory compliance, stormwater and wastewater master plan development, hydrology and hydraulics, modeling, 3D design, land development, and transportation.

In his new role, Abraham will serve as a key team coordinator and senior project manager for our projects with the City of Houston and other clients in the greater metropolitan Houston area. He will manage various disciplines that include the development of construction plans from conceptual phases to construction. Abraham will apply his expertise and local knowledge to develop strategic, value-driven solutions that meet all project requirements and maximize client benefit. He will also help identify opportunities that align with our vision of exceeding clients’ expectations. We are excited about the contributions he will make to our water and wastewater projects.

Abraham earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University, and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida and Texas.
