Green Companies, Inc. (parent company of the HR Green family of engineering firms) has acquired Infrastructure Solution Services (ISS), a Florida-based civil engineering firm with offices in Melbourne and Sarasota and staff located in the Panama City area.
ISS, led by Brian Stahl and co-founded by Kiran Kulkarni in 2012, has extensive experience in water supply and treatment, stormwater management, civil site design, disaster recovery, surveying, and grant writing, providing services to government entities and private organizations. ISS is a strong local brand in the Florida market and is recognized for consistently exceeding client expectations.
