Our interns are challenged and provided the opportunity to learn and grow as they experience a professional work environment. The consistent feedback we receive from our interns is that they never expected to get the chance to do this level of work during their internship.
In addition to day-to-day mentorship as an intern, you will also receive exposure to diverse projects that allow you to see all aspects of the engineering environment. Our goal is for our interns to continue their careers with us after graduation and carry our bright legacy into the future. Over the past three years, 69% of Interns stay with HR Green post-graduation.
We provide a robust internship program throughout the company and in multiple office locations. We also work with several universities to offer scholarships for civil engineering students.
