To make volunteerism more accessible, HR Green offers employees two paid volunteer days each year. This benefit gives team members dedicated time to support causes that matter to them without using personal time off. HR Green Team Inspires Young Minds at GESTEM
HR Green is proud to support initiatives like GESTEM that empower young women, promote diversity in STEM, and help build the future talent pipeline. Girls Exploring Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (GESTEM) is an exciting event designed to inspire middle school girls by showcasing the diverse career opportunities available in STEM fields. Through interactive workshops and meaningful engagement with engineering professionals, participants gain hands-on experience and valuable insights.
“Volunteering at GESTEM is always an energizing experience,” said Kristine House. “We love showing students how engineering can shape the world around them—and how they can be part of it.”
