HR Green Welcomes Ghislain Adandedjan as a Senior Engineer

HR Green

HR Green is pleased to announce that Ghislain Adandedjan has joined the firm’s St. Paul office as a Senior Engineer for HR Green’s Water and Wastewater practice.

Ghislain brings more than 22 years of experience spanning structural design, construction support, and project management. His background includes supporting the design and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and environmental infrastructure, including highly complex, multidisciplinary programs. He has extensive experience with water-holding and below-grade structures, water intakes, retaining systems, industrial facilities, buildings, and the assessment and rehabilitation of existing structures. He also brings significant construction-phase experience, supporting projects through resident engineering, quality reviews, field coordination, and dynamic analysis.

In this role, Ghislain will provide structural design support for water, wastewater, drainage, and building infrastructure projects across HR Green’s water business unit. He brings structural engineering design and construction experience from a variety of water and wastewater treatment plant projects across the United States.

I am excited to join the HR Green Professionals who are committed to delivering thoughtful, reliable solutions for communities and clients across the country. HR Green’s focus on clean, sustainable water and infrastructure that improves lives aligns closely with the work that has driven my career. I look forward to collaborating with Project Managers to develop practical engineering solutions that support Client’s infrastructure and sustainability goals. I have been fortunate to work on many collaborative water, wastewater, and environmental infrastructure projects over the past several years, and eager to leverage those experiences to support HR Green’s efforts that strengthen communities and create lasting impact.

Ghislain holds an M.S. in Structural Engineering and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as an A.A.S. in Water and Environmental Engineering from 2iE. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
