HR Green is pleased to announce that Chris Saed has joined the firm’s Corona office as a Senior Engineer for California Municipal Services.

Chris is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in public works and civil engineering, with a strong background in project management, capital improvement programs, and transportation design. He has provided leadership and technical oversight across multiple roles—managing staff, coordinating with agencies, and delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget. His experience includes contract administration, construction inspection, and development of complex engineering designs, plans, specifications, and reports for a wide range of infrastructure projects. Chris has also managed environmental and regulatory programs, including water quality monitoring, stormwater compliance, and landfill operations.

Chris will play a key role in leading project design teams by leveraging his technical expertise, collaborative leadership style, and deep understanding of environmental considerations and community needs. His experience delivering public infrastructure projects will help guide teams in developing innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions for clients and the communities they serve. HE will also be playing a role in staff augmentations for public agencies.

Throughout my time as a Civil Engineer with San Bernardino County, I gained valuable experience delivering public infrastructure projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and navigating the unique challenges of serving growing communities. I look forward to bringing that public-sector perspective to HR Green, where I can help develop innovative, sustainable solutions for clients while continuing to grow alongside a talented team of professionals. What drew me to HR Green is its strong reputation for excellence, collaboration, and commitment to creating lasting value through infrastructure.

Chris earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit and an M.S. in Engineering from California State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
