Chris Saed is a Senior Engineer for HR Green’s California Municipal Services.
Chris is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in public works and civil engineering, with a strong background in project management, capital improvement programs, and transportation design. He has provided leadership and technical oversight across multiple roles—managing staff, coordinating with agencies, and delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget. His experience includes contract administration, construction inspection, and development of complex engineering designs, plans, specifications, and reports for a wide range of infrastructure projects. Chris has also managed environmental and regulatory programs, including water quality monitoring, stormwater compliance, and landfill operations.
Chris plays a key role in leading project design teams by leveraging his technical expertise, collaborative leadership style, and deep understanding of environmental considerations and community needs. Chris Saed earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit and an M.S. in Engineering from California State University Fullerton. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California.
