HR Green is pleased to announce that Brian Willham, PE, PTOE, PTP, has joined the firm as Transportation Planning Leader and Senior Project Manager based in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa office.

Brian brings over 23 years of experience managing comprehensive and corridor plan studies, intersection improvement plans, traffic impact studies, bicycle and pedestrian facility improvements, traffic signal designs, and roadway design in the public and private sectors.

In this role, Brian will focus on growing HR Green’s footprint in transportation planning. His wide-ranging background includes work on complete streets programs, obtaining project funding, and integrating multi-discipline efforts for comprehensive transportation solutions.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Certified Public Manager certificate from Drake University. He is a member of the American Planning Association and the Institute of Transportation Engineers, where he is treasurer for the MOVITE district.
