Transportation Planning Leader
Brian Willham, PE, PTOE, PTP, is a Transportation Planning Leader and Senior Project Manager for HR Green’s Transportation business line.
Brian brings over 23 years of experience managing comprehensive and corridor plan studies, intersection improvement plans, traffic impact studies, bicycle and pedestrian facility improvements, traffic signal designs, and roadway design in the public and private sectors. His wide-ranging background includes work on complete streets programs, obtaining project funding, and integrating multi-discipline efforts for comprehensive transportation solutions.
He is a member of the American Planning Association and the Institute of Transportation Engineers, where he is treasurer for the MOVITE district.
Education
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Certified Public Manager certificate from Drake University.
