HR Green was chosen by Home Creations, one of Oklahoma’s largest homebuilders, to provide services for the new 760-acre mixed-use Norman Residential Development in Norman, Oklahoma. The project, located southeast of Oklahoma City, will include multi-family and single-family homes, commercial/retail space, over 233 acres of open space, trails, and an equestrian village. The Norman Residential Development’s unique location will allow for regional trail connection to a large city park. The community will contain approximately 2,000 units and be home to over 6,000 future residents.
