HR Green is pleased to announce that Brandy Williams, PE, has joined the firm as a Municipal Services Manager for Governmental Services in the Colorado Springs office.

Brandy brings over 22 years of experience, most recently as a City Engineer skilled in grant administration, Capital Improvement Project (CIP) construction management, subdivision development review, budgetary oversight, personnel management, and implementation and establishment of engineering policies and procedures.

In this role, Brandy will facilitate the successful and safe development of municipalities nationwide.

Brandy Williams earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She is a member of the American Public Works Association and the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute.
