Sam CotterPE

Sam Cotter is a Project Manager for HR Green’s Water Business Line. His experience includes project management, project design, collaboration between project disciplines, project coordination with stakeholders, and construction administration between owners and contractors. He has experience with municipal water distribution and sewer collection projects as well as the rehabilitation of treatment plants.

In addition to municipal water projects, Sam has been involved with stormwater modeling, stormwater compliance documentation, industrial wastewater process evaluation, environmental site assessment, and industrial air permitting and compliance.
