Russ Loebe is a Vice President and Business Development Manager at HR Green. Russ leads growth and expansion throughout the Central U.S. with offices in Illinois and Missouri.
With nearly three decades of experience in the public sector as a former Village Administrator and Public Works Director, Russ serves clients in multiple markets, including Broadband, Construction Management, Land Development, Environmental, Governmental Services, Transportation, Planning, Water, Wastewater, and Water Resources. As an ICMA Credentialed City Manager, he speaks regularly at national conferences on all aspects of municipal government and has authored numerous articles with the Illinois Municipal League and Illinois City Management Association.
HR Green’s Central Region includes the states of Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
