Ben White, PE, LS is the Regional Director for Transportation in South Dakota.

He brings years of client and project leadership for the planning, design, and management of all aspects of municipal street, highway, interchange, and land development projects, including geometric layouts, roadway design, stormwater management, traffic operations, construction documents, utility coordination, right-of-way acquisition, public involvement and construction administration.
