Becca Springfield

Becca L. Springfield is HR Green’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She leads the firm’s strategy and operations in the areas of employee engagement, talent acquisition, recruitment, total rewards, and talent development.

Becca has an extensive background in administering process enhancements, compensation processes, talent development programs, and strategic initiatives.

Becca earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the University of Texas-Austin.
